SALT CITY ORCHESTRA
DJs Eliot Eastwick and Miles Hollway formed Salt City Orchestra with producer Simon Bradshaw. Their debut release ‘Storm’, (released on Tribal Records, home to the new breed of US DJs and producers such as Danny Tenaglia, Peter Dau and Junior Vasquez) drew their blueprint by taking elements of techno and garage to create their own unique deep house sound. Their follow up ‘The Book’ was the catalyst for PAPER's success and the ‘Hardback Dub’ became a bona fide club classic.
Their deep tech soul and hard edged phat beats epitomised the niche that Miles and Elliot had carved out for themselves as residents at the infamous Yorkshire Superclub of the 90’s, ‘Hard Times’. They went on to form bands called, Reset, Paper Music, Cine City and remixed for a whole host of artists with the highlights including Marshall Jefferson ‘Mushrooms’, The Beloved’s ‘Deliver Me’, Underworld’s ‘Cups’, Sneaker Pimps ‘Post Modern Sleaze’ and Christopher Just’s, ‘I’m a Disco Dancer’.

Any chance of getting 'Storm' the Hard Times Club mix in 320 kbs please?..
Also, no one mentioned "That Pagan Track" on Pagan Records.. also another great Salt City Orchestra production. |

If I'm not mistaken, it's called "Pagan Thing". It was actually in the mix above. I ain't got the separate track though. Maybe I'll get the single on vinyl soon...
